Not shaving?: I don't think your ringworm is from "not shaving". It's infection, catch it from someoneelse. Next, the recurring problem might be due to inadequate treatment. Topicals might not work for you. I would suggest find a dermatologist prescribe you pill like terbinafine(it's only $4 a month supply at target or walmart).

Itchy spot on stomach for over a year. Appeared at first to be ringworm, but it has faded over time, though still itchy.
