That's big: It means the uterus is so enlarged that you can feel it all the way up to the umbilicus (belly button). Normally, the uterus should not be able to be felt by pressing on the abdomen at all - it is hidden in the pelvis and is below the level of the pubic bone. When it is so large that it is palpable at the umbilicus, that is about the same size as a 5 month pregnancy.
