Its ok: It's ok in moderation. It won't aggravate it. If you have diverticulitis though (with pain, diarrhea, and/or fever), then see a doctor right away for treatment.

Thats Ok.: Alcohol consumption shouldn't have any direct effect on diverticulosis. bad for the liver, though, so be careful.
