Time to see your PCP: Since the pain is lasting more than a week i would recommend seeing your pcp about it. It is likely muscular and should improve with time. If otc medications are not helping they may be able to provide something stronger. You may also benefit from physical therapy, chiropractic treatment or even massage therapy.
