Not yet: Most likeley a traumatic episode as is soo new. Should lesion not fade after abt 2-3 weeks, would then get it checked.

You may observe: For now. May just be a contusion. Go see his pediatrician if the affected area start swelling with pain and limitation of movement. Sounds like trauma to the wrist . May give Motrin for pain.
