Testing: Probably not your adenoids, which almost always shrink to nothing by the teen years. Allergy is an extremely common cause of sinus symptoms, and these symptoms may mimic sinus infection. A sinus ct would clearly indicate if you have any chronic sinus inflammation/ infection, and skin prick allergy testing will of course tell if allergy is likely to be the cause of your symptoms.

Visit an allergist : You should have an allergy evaluation to determine the best treatment plan to control your symptoms. There are many medication and treatment options. Do not suffer!
