Get examined: In an older patient, might consider possible parkinson's disease, but occasional pts with essential tremors have also cerebellar involvement, causing imbalance. One might even question onset of multiple sclerosis. Not here to frighten, but best you see your doc soon, as this could also be benign, like a vitamin deficiency or medication rxtn.
