Referring to a...: Referring to a penis (not a person standing up)? In either case, there is feeling (sensation) in both the head and everywhere below the head. However, the head has greater sensation, which can be from a greater number of sensory nerve endings and/or just greater sensitivity in the nerve endings regardless of the number of nerve endings. There should not be areas that lack sensation.
