Consider longer rest: Difficult to say without a thorough exam. If you are in pain, i would see your family doc for further evaluation and treatment..."playing through" pain is not a good idea...Better to rest it longer to avoid further injury and developing a chronic problem....That soccer game will last about 90 minutes, but you have to live with your back for the rest of your life....Get it looked at...
