Brachial plexitis: You may possess a viral inflammation of your right brachial plexus, which typically presents with intense shoulder blade burning, but may well spontaneously remit by a few months. Sometimes, brief steroid treatments can reverse the process. Alternatively, a pinched nerve in the neck may be the culprit. Unlikely this is referred from a carpal tunnel but rarely this can occur this way. See doc!
