Maybe: Lots of questions. - what kind of therapy (surgery, brachytherapy seeds, radiation therapy, or hormones) - what were your erections like before. All therapies will make erections worse. That being said, in general, if you and your partner are interested and motivated then something can be done. Pills, injections, vacuum device, or even surgery are some of the things that might be recommended.

Maybe: You can try drugs like viagra (sildenafil) but this is a problem with most men after treatment. You can try muscle exercises to strengthen but may want to consider penile implant type surgery to help.
