Skin yeast: Are you overweight, or diabetic, or taking antibiotics, or exercise and sweat a lot, or wear tight occlusive clothing, or have a compromized immune system or have a vaginal discharge. These are all things that can contribute to skin yeast infections.

Too moist: It's probably because you have large skin folds and they are moist, a great environment for yeast growth. Keep these areas clean and dry. Use Nystatin powder in the involved areas to prevent recurrences.
