See your DR: If he is experiencing bleeding while urinating, he should follow up with his surgeon/ doctor who did the circumcision. Two weeks out from a circumcision, i would expect him to be close to fully healed. He definitely needs an evaluation!

Probably ok ...: Occasionally, the sealing and healing of post-circumcision skin closure may not be as good as expected due to losing a stitch? or ?imperfect? skin approximation. But, it is okay to just watch it as long as slowly and surely getting better day by day. Of course, keep the surgical site dry and clean; but, if still in doubt, bring the boy to see surgeon for confirmation. Best wish ...
