Many possibilities: Asthma, reflux, undiagnosed allergies with post nasal drip cover about 90% of undiagnosed cough. See your doc to work through these possibilities; if it isn't one of these there are dozens of other possibilities, and you need to work closely with your doc to help get to the bottom of it and stop it.
