Positive: Focus on positives. Manage stress through prioritizing, exercise, sleeping at least 8 hours at night, good nutrition and spending quality time with friends. Other ways to deal with stress: deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, tai chi, yoga, massage, acupuncture etc.
