Under stress: Whatever is stressing you, and if you feel you don't have any tools to deal with this, there is only one way: reach out! Think of the person (s), family, friends, ministers, teachers, counselors in work place, and other resources in order to reach out. Sometimes, there is a risk to become withdrawn and and this will lead to painful isolation. Just make a list of those you might reach out to.

Therapy?: Have you yet tried any form of psychotherapy? Typically, the optimal combination of things to treat emotional issues such as anxiety or depression is medication (which, on your best day, is supposed to take the edge off symptoms) but the real gruntwork takes place in psychotherapist's consulting room.
