Enlarged intestine: The radiologist is commenting on your small intestines. They note that some areas of the small bowel seem larger than expected and are probably filled with air. It is really the clinical condition of the patient and the pattern of bowel loop dilation that are important. Wouldn't focus too much on this. Ofen a nonspecific finding.
