Yes: Probiotics are given to patients who are receiving antibiotics because they have been shown to decrease the incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea and possible decrease the incidence of c. Difficile colitis. You can take them both at the same time but it would be better if you took the probiotics 1 hour before or 2 hours after taking the antibiotics.
