Maybe: How much you show and how early depends on several factors. If this is other than your first pregnancy you will show sooner. If you are short waisted you will show sooner. If your uterus is already enlarged with fibroids you will show sooner. Having twins will also make you show sooner.

Not pregnancy: At 4 wks the embryo is less than a fourth of an inch in length and its surrounding structures occupy a similar small volume. If you at pouching out it would be from lax muscles from prior childbirth, gas, both or something abnormal.
