No: No, UTI cannot cause the other infection; you must be exposed to chlamydia through sexual contact for it to infect you.

No: Utis and chlamydia are caused by different bacteria and in different circumstances. Chlamydia is sexually=transmitted. Uti is any bacterial infection that gets into the urinary tract and causes symptoms. Usually, the bacteria is your own. One does not predispose to the other.
