DHT: Dihydrotestosterone is the byproduct of testosterone when it is transformed by a process called 5alpha reductase. This is what can cause male pattern baldness and prostate enlargement. This is also why saw palmetto is used for a healthy prostate as it is a 5 Alpha reeductase inhibitor and reduces the reaction.
