Basically "junk": You may have noticed that some of the commercial foods are adding fiber. This is totally unnecessary. Fresh fruit and vegetables supply fiber in its required form.

Low in veggies: Low in fi ber are meats poultry fish and dairy product. Processed grains are low in fiber. Legumes and beans are high in fiber. Fruit and vegetables aregood sources of fiber as are nuts as seeds.
