Intracranial bleed: Varies, an aneurysm bursts, subarachnoid hemorrhage. Head trauma, maybe subdural hematoma. Skull fracture over middle meningeal artery, epidural hematoma. Or intracranial bleed due to hypertension or prior stroke.
