Typical pattern: For some migraine headache presentations. That is, the headache commences in the early am hrs, and the patient awakens with a typical migraine attack, with unilateral throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and noise. These are tough to stop once ongoing and prevention works best to stop this variety.
