See below: Fever (also known as pyrexia) is one of the most common medical signs and is characterized by an elevation of body temperature above the normal range of 36.5–37.5 °c (98–100 °f) due to an increase in the temperature regulatory set-point.
A headache or cephalalgia is pain anywhere in the region of the head or neck. It can be a symptom of a number of different conditions of the head and neck.

Infection?: Sounds as if you may be developing a viral illness, but without more information, hard to tell. Drink plenty of clear liquids, rest, take Aspirin or acetaminophen, and if you get much worse see your family doctor.

Usually OTC medicine: For minor illnesses like a cold, fever and headaches go away by themselves. Most people use otc meds like tylenol, (acetaminophen) motrin, or advil for relief of such symptoms. If a person has a strep throat infection or a bacterial sinus infection, antibiotics are the standard treatment. A doctor can evaluate to give a diagnosis, especially if a person has more than minor, temporary symptoms.
