My 3.5mnth old is on albuterol for bronchilitis. shouldnt he be on antibiotics to prevent it from turning into bronchitis?

No, but possibly Yes: Bronchitis: inflamation of the bronchial tubes, an internal reaction; can be from inhaled particles or any irritant individual is reacting to, including possible virus (not living, so antibiotic useless) &/or bacteria. If bacteria, often green phlegm from wbcs eating & killing bacteria. Antibiotics means "against-life", only 8 groups available, only work short term & select out resistant bacteria.
