Yes it could: Clotrimazole is used to treat skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and other fungal skin infections (candidiasis). This medication is also used to treat a skin condition known as pityriasis (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection that causes a lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest, arms, or legs. Clotrimazole is an azole antifungal.

Anti-fungal cream: You can use anti-fungal cream on any part of your body. Any prescription anti-fungal cream that was previously prescribed for a foot fungus can be used to treat all different types of fungal problems around the body.

Maybe: There are different types of fungus that are more common to certain parts of the body. Foot fungal cream might work or you may ned a more specific cream or mix of creams, even pills if your condition dsnt improve. Also, be sure its a fungus. Se your dermstologist.
