? jaundice: First, do you have hepatitis, as the "yellow eyes" trouble me. Is your urine brownish in coloration, is you appetite decreased, are you feverish? This all needs attention, and the rash is also bothersome, as raises questions of lyme disease, and other infections. Get to your doctor asap, and, at the least, get a few blood tests.
