What do these symptoms indicate: neck pain, rashes, yellow eyes and headaches?

? jaundice: First, do you have hepatitis, as the "yellow eyes" trouble me. Is your urine brownish in coloration, is you appetite decreased, are you feverish? This all needs attention, and the rash is also bothersome, as raises questions of lyme disease, and other infections. Get to your doctor asap, and, at the least, get a few blood tests.

Facial rash: Given your baby's young age, best to have doctor check out the rash. Yellow liquid from the rash is concerning that it may be more than a simple rash.
