Probably: Tingly toes is usually a symptom of a problem associated with a nerve or nerves. It could be local or from the lower back (more probable since it's associated with one achy leg). Go see your doctor and find out what's causing this. He or she will probably send you to a neurologist, but i think it's best to start with your pcp.
