Needs little help: Most school activities including classwork and sports, do not depend upon color recognition. The color deficient tend to make bland choices when confronted with color choices, and might have some minor alteration in doing things like crafts and art. But they are not handicapped and can perform to the level of their intellectual capacity. Anything you do might call attention to this difference.
