Possible causes: There are several things that can cause this, and it would be a good idea to get an eye examination to determine the cause. I am unsure based on your description, but it could be a floater in the vision, an area of retinal swelling, a visual migraine, increased eye pressure, etc. Only through an exam by an ophthalmologist can a diagnosis be made.
