Possibly: Depends on what is causing the pain. If it's from arthritis, steroid injections, anti inflammatories and bracing may bring relief. If it's an infection, antibiotics are needed. If it's broken, surgery may be required. I would recommend evaluation by either a podiatrist or foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon.
