Talk to a therapist: Or psychologist about what you're trying to achieve & why you're not satisfied with your present condition. The goal of physical fitness is not the workout itself or to look good, it's being able to be active and do things that are enjoyable. If way too much time is spent working out, when do you have time to enjoy your fitness?
