Normal or not: In some people there can be a slite natural difference between pupils. If there is no neurological basis for this then it could be from a horner's syndrome from neck trauma, old direct trauma to the eye, old intraocular inflammation or several other potentially benign origins. There is really no treatment for qualizing the difference in pupils.
