Weight gain: The only safe ways to gain weight is to eat a healthy diet rich in whole grain cereals, vegetables, fruits, lean meat, nuts and unsaturated fats. The other factor is exercise to increase muscle mass.

Weight gain: You need to make sure you are well medically and that you do not have a hormonal imbalance that is keeping you thinner than optimal. Please see your doctor. If all is well, consider a higher protein food plan and exercise at a gym to develop muscle mass if ok w/doc. Above all, be grateful for the way you weight and are and treat others the way you would like to be treated. Peace&health.
