Unfortunately No...: It's not considered safe to conceive after an endometrial ablation. Complications are multiple and include placental implantation defects (accreta, percreta), miscarriages, and early delivery; not to mention growth abnormalities from abnormal placental attachments. Please discuss this with your ob/gyn and take care.
