Unfortunately No...: It's not considered safe to conceive after an endometrial ablation. Complications are multiple and include placental implantation defects (accreta, percreta), miscarriages, and early delivery; not to mention growth abnormalities from abnormal placental attachments. Please discuss this with your ob/gyn and take care.

I recently had an endometrial ablation. At the time of the ablation I was on OCP. My surgical note says anteverted and anteflexed 8-week sized uterus, atrophic cavity, normal tubal ostia bilaterally. Is this normal?
Xray mentioned my ovaries and uterus, but did not 'catch' my tubal ligation. Is it possible the tubes grew back together?
