School phobia: Have your child be evaluated by a counselor to determine whether he has anxiety or other issues.

School Problems: Is your child ignoring his school work? Or simply refusing to go to school.Anxiety, depression, stress from bullying, inability to cope with work, or difficulty with subject matter, home stress, poor sleep, illness, among many other factors could be causing your child school related problems.Talk to your child, his teacher and your pediatrician, and if needed of course a counsellor.

Could be: School avoidance or school phobia is not uncommon. Taking to the child can give some clues as to what ma be causing ot or sometimes a professional counselor or psychologist can help figure it out. Unless there is some harm happening at the school what is important is to get the child gonig back to school as soon as possible as it tends to get worse the longer it goes on. So get help if stuck.
