Cough: A study just released revealed the efficacy of honey in helping nighttime coughs in children. Please try it a teaspoon at a time. Offering lots of luids to your toddler will always help.

A humidifier: One in the bedroom with the doors closed. Aim for 50% humidity. Saline nasal spray and gel mist is a great way to get your body to think it doesn't need to make anymore goo. Less goo made, less sore throat, and less stuff to make you cough.
