Rhinoconjuctivitis: Different causes could lead to this problem. The 1st step is to clean his eyes with regular tap water and have him rinse his nose to clear away mucous. IF symptoms have been present for more that 4-5 days and he's also complained of ear discomfort, you should take him to the doctor because in some cases he may also have an ear infection and need an antibiotic eye drop and even an oral antibiotic.
