Neither: Looks like you are early in pregnancy. Typically bleeding when you wipe your rectum would be a sign of hemorrhoids. Ulcers usually happen up in your bowel or stomach and do not normally cause small bits of blood on the TP. If you were actually wiping urine and had blood, I would be worried about a UTI. Either way, not normal just for being pregnant, so let your doc know what is going on.
