Possibly yes: I would see a dermatologist or your pcp to confirm that the rash on the thigh is a fungal infeciton. They usually perform a KOH prep to confirm it if it is not clinically obvious. If that is the case, there is a possibility that it can be transmitted from a fungal infection from your spouse.
