Many things: Could be an infected gland or inflamm. But if it is increasing then u should have it looked at at possible a biopsy is needed.

Right armpit area feels swollen. Was feeling around for lymph nodes. Could this cause swelling. I did same to left side but no swelling?
I had a slightly swollen lymph node in my left armpit, swelling/pain went away after a week. I can still feel the node, but no pain or swelling. Right after I had two on right side. One is gone and the other is blueberry size, reducing size, thought?
