If you have a toothache, it could be related to your cold if you have developed a sinus infection or it could be a separate issue that needs treatment to avoid infection. Sounds like sinus: Cold and migraines followed by toothache sounds like sinus. You should try to avoid meds in your first trimester. Perhaps you can try dicing some onions. Or inhaling steam to open your sinuses . Natural ways to clear pressure from sinuses that may be causing your migraines or toothaches before resorting to antibiotics and decongestants. Consult with your OB before taking meds.
