Not likely: If you have not had exposure to semen in the past year, there is no way you are currently pregnant.

Anything's possible.: ...But it sounds like you need to find a different source of abdominal distress than pregnancy (human gestation is 9 months, & your last opportunity for pregnancy was 12 months ago). You haven't provided enough information for us to distinguish GI versus urologic versus gynecologic versus musculoskeletal causes of pain. Please see your doctor, get examined & a few tests, then let's talk again.
