Not sure: Not sure what the question is. If your autoimmune disease symptoms force you to miss work, that's the nature of the disease; you should be under the care of a rheumatologist to control the symptoms as much as possible.

Brain fog: Most patients with sle and sgogren's have some "brainfog." depression frequently coexists. Vascular inflammation may be present, making you feel like you have a cold. Although most patients do not feel as you describe, it does occur. Remember, no one can feel what you feel. Talk to your rheumatogy specialist.
