Difficult: Grinding pelvic bone? I assume she is having a pain in the low front midline. Cartlide is there alled the pubic syphilis and there can be disruption; never seen pain there outside of pregnancy. Doubt she is pregnant bot could always get a upt. Try 2 aleve (naproxen) 2x per day but cartridge and ligaments can take time to heal. I'm not sure what else the bringing could be but she mat have injured it, .
