Pleurisy?: Pain on the right side of chest without cough could be from different causes varying from pulled muscles to pleural pain from an infection. Chest congestion without cough is rather unusual, though. If the pain continues you may see your doctor for assessment of the cause of chest pain and appropriate treatment.
