Depends: Where was the laceration? How deep? Were any structures injured other than skin? Is cut near a joint? Generally 7-10 days for most wounds.

Depends on injury: Suture removal relates to the extent, cause of laceration, how much tension results from movement of finger (again location important), etc.. Commonly, suture removal is performed at 7-10 days. If site under much tension, often placement of external steri-strips with adhesive are used to provide wound site stability until further healing completed.

A week to ten days.: Fingers take longer to heal than the face. Even after seven to ten days you have be careful not to use that hand for another couple of weeks because the incision could pop open.
