Intractable trigger point in medial calf of 1.5yr duration. what can i do about it(massage relief only temporary)?

Magnesium: Consider checking rbc magnesium level. Not serum magnesium. You may be low.

Common site: This is a very common site for a trigger point but also fairly difficult to resolve. See a pmr doctor or rheumatologist there are several medicines that might help (narcotics wont) several disorders that might affect it and a physical therapy prescription would be helpful.
