See a doctor: The chance of heart attack in 23 yr old is low. But an ECG is like a photo. It doesn't always show what happened before it was taken or give you an idea of what may happen later. If your rhythm was normal at that time it would miss the irregular rhythm earlier. You are right this could all be anxiety. But with breathing issues and weakness you need to make sure. See a doctor.
